What We're Doing

The health of our attendees is our top priority and the planning committee is working hard to make the best decisions for our 2021 conference. Please check our website or subscribe to our mailing list to stay up to date on the latest conference information.

What the Hotel is Doing

The well-being of our guests and associates is of paramount importance. See the steps the hotel is taking below:

    • Masks required in all public spaces and when not able to socially distance from a Marriott Associate in a meeting room.
    • Daily temperature checks for all associates, as well as masks required on associates at all times
    • Hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel and in elevators
    • Increased cleaning frequency, highly disinfectant Eco-lab products for cleaning
    • Plexiglass at the check in counters
    • Current meeting room sets:
      • Extra distance 3-6 feet, (1.5 – 1.0) meters will be placed between tables at all times by conference attendees inside the meeting room.
      • 60” inch round table – 4 guests
      • 6’ foot schoolroom table – 1 guest
      • Theatre style: minimum 1 m between chairs
      • No self-service buffets, will have an attendant serving. Individually wrapped condiments – no communal items. Individually packaged meals and snacks, ect.
    • Guest room:
      • Encourage mobile check in for touchless check in
      • Pre arrival email explaining changes in service and COVID steps
      • Letter in guest room explaining this
      • Surface disinfectant wipes in guest room
      • Removal of high touch paper items (magazines, bibles, book of Mormon)
      • Removal of glassware, coffee makers, decorative pillows, hair dryer bags
      • No housekeeping stayover service – but we will deliver items upon request
      • 72 hours between each guest when possible
