Meg Winch specializes in the facilitation and training of communication and organizational skills, working with project teams to enhance the communication behaviors critical to their jobs.
As a winning pursuit coach for the past 25 years, she helps firms strategically differentiate themselves in the proposal and interview. Meg also works as a core team member delivering, quantitative and qualitative research, public engagement, project management, and partnering services on project teams around the Pacific Northwest and nationally. She is a Lean certified “Black Belt” facilitator who works with teams and organizations to improve process and performance.
Meg holds a BA in Communication from the University of Washington and an MS in Organizational Behavior from Purdue University. She has practiced in the AEC industry for almost 30 years.
