Cyndi Gundy is President of CG Consulting, a specialty consulting and training company dedicated to helping architects, engineers, contractors and other professional service firms win more work.
She helps clients achieve their goals in a variety of ways. She designs and delivers impactful workshops on a variety of business and professional development topics, such as networking, business development for the technical professional and selling more to existing clients. She also assists firm leaders with the creation and implementation of client-centric marketing and BD strategies, from target marketing to pre-marketing. From high impact proposal messaging to delivering winning presentations once shortlisted.
Cyndi has a unique ability to connect with technical professionals and engage them in the business development process for which she prepares them. While the majority of her clients are in the A/E/C industries, she also has experience working with clients in retail, accounting and healthcare.
Prior to forming CG Consulting, Cyndi was an award-winning member of the Marketing Faculty at the University of Central Florida where she taught for sixteen years, teaching courses in personal selling (both intermediate and advanced), sport marketing, entertainment marketing, services marketing and other areas of the discipline. She has been recognized for her emphasis on professional development with students and alumni. She spent 7 years conceptualizing and developing UCF’s exclusive Professional Selling Program, a nationally recognized, limited access program for top sales students. She also served as the Faculty Advisor for the first-ever student chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services.
