In this program, Susan Murphy, of Murphy Motivation and Training, will teach, show and coach you in solid skills to hone in on what it is the client (and, don’t forget, sometimes your client is your spouse or colleague or boss) believes is crucial to his or her satisfaction and happiness. You will then discover how that knowledge translates into action specifically tailored for that client.
We will use discussion, lecture, role-play, small group exercises to learn and practice skills, which will move you closer to the people you, serve. The skills are not personality dependent, and can be adjusted so they fit you like a glove.
