The audience will hear 5 business development and sales strategies they will intuitively recognize and understand, but are rarely used by the typical individual involved in a sales role.  For each of these strategies, Brian will discuss and relate specific examples where he has observed, experienced and used these to sell, over the course of a 30+ year career, more than $2.0 billion of design and construction work – the majority on a negotiated basis.
